Menopause usually effects women between the age of 45-55 years and can have a negative effect on their physical and mental well being . At the same time we are often dealing with the life challenges of work, aging parents, children leaving home and other transitions. Often we do not seek help or realise that some of the thoughts and feelings that we are experiencing are related to menopause
